Each Chewable Softgel Contains: Iron (as Ferric Pyrophosphate and LIPOFER® Ferric Pyrophosphate) 15mg, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 30mg, Vitamin B12 17.5mcg, L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate Calcium 240mcg equiv. Folate 200mcg, Citron Juice Powder 12mg, Pineapple Juice Powder 6mg, Lutein Oil 3mg equiv. Lutein 0.6mg. Contains Soy.

Directions: Adults take 1 vege capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
