Directions: Add 5 g (approx. 1 heaped teaspoon) to 100ml (or to taste) of chilled water and stir. Clumps may form due to high fibre content, mix well to dissolve. Or get creative and enjoy added to juice or sprinkled over yoghurt. Consume 1-2 times daily and enjoy.
