Gently Ginger – Mānuka honey blend infused with ginger, turmeric and an activating hit of black pepper, a combination sure to get your digestive juices flowing.
Zesty Lemon – Tangy with a hit of propolis. Perfect in a hot drink, on toast, or straight from the spoon.

Me Today SUPERHONEY Bliss Balls
Makes approx. 10 balls
Ingredients:
½ cup almond meal
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup desiccated coconut + extra
¼ cup for rolling
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp Me Today Superhoney of your choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Blitz almond meal, oats & ½ cup coconut.
2. Add lemon juice, Superhoney and vanilla extract & blitz again until well combined.
3. Roll into approx. 10 balls then coat with remaining coconut.
4. Place in the fridge to firm up.
5. Indulge.
6. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
