Convinced a skeptic
Even though I am skeptical about most supplements, I bought Goodnight on a whim about a month or so ago. I have become convinced that it is helping me get better nights of sleep comparative to my benzo prescription, and I don't wake up feeling groggy.

I have had issues sleeping for months now, and after popping one of these beauties each night an hour before bed, I'm falling asleep so quickly, and remaining asleep for the whole night. Absolutely amazing and would recommend to anyone!

I am okay with some of the results. I fall asleep easier but unfortunately wake up two hours afterwards. I am now wondering if I should increase the dosage.
